AI email and screenshot verification system

A real estate outreach team paid workers based on screenshots submitted by email. Reviewing every submission manually was slow and made it possible for the same screenshot to be submitted more than once.

ProblemThe owner had to open every email, confirm the worker, inspect each screenshot and calculate the payment by hand.
SolutionI built a workflow that checks who submitted the work, reviews each screenshot against the company's rules and detects images that have already been submitted.
