C&M Partners: a 20-person outreach team run from one dashboard
C&M Partners runs a 20-person outreach team that generates real estate leads. Two admins used to check every proof-of-work screenshot by hand, about 3–4 hours per pay round. Lahiru Jay built a mobile worker portal, automatic duplicate and quality checks using OpenAI Vision, and an operations dashboard. Review now takes about 15–20 minutes per round, roughly 30 minutes a week instead of 6–8 hours.

The problem
Workers emailed screenshots as proof of their outreach. Two admins opened each email, checked the screenshot, looked for duplicates and worked out pay by hand. It took hours every round, and mistakes slipped through.
What was built
- Mobile worker portal. Team members upload screenshots from their phones instead of emailing them.
- Automatic checks. An n8n workflow classifies each submission with OpenAI Vision, blocks duplicate screenshots, flags hot leads and scores its own confidence.
- Exceptions only. Clear passes are approved automatically; only uncertain submissions reach an admin.
- Operations dashboard. Submissions per round, hot leads in the pipeline, active workers and approval stats per worker in one place.
The result
Admin review dropped from about 3–4 hours per pay round to about 15–20 minutes, roughly 30 minutes a week instead of 6–8 hours. The system has processed more than 1,000 submissions in production.
